Finished his degree at the Higher Technical College in Rankweil, Austria.

Worked 30 years as Software Engineer in the fields of robotics, 3D CAD, ERP systems, databases, data logging, hardware simulation, GPS navigation systems, MachineToMachine (M2M), internet applications with B2B and B2C,

Internet of Things (ioT) as well as in software testing and software quality assurance of global transportation management systems.

Currently working as Software Engineer and Curator of blood group allele for the International Society of Blood Transfusion (ISBT) within our Institute of Translational Medicine (ITM) at UFL. As such being directly involved into the development of the International Blood Group Database.
