The part-time doctoral program in medical science (Dr. scient. med.) promotes an understanding of the methods and skills of scientific, interdisciplinary cooperation between clinical research and basic research. The program familiarizes students with methods and concepts of medical science and prepares them for an activity in predominantly clinical, but also scientific, nursing and/or health science oriented research.

Students of the doctoral program in law (Dr. iur.) acquire the ability to deal independently and scientifically with legal issues and deal intensively with the topic dealt with in their doctoral thesis. The in-depth examination of the relevant aspects of the dissertation topic, the elaboration and answering of the relevant questions, and the publication of the research results create added value, especially for legislation and the application of law, but also for the economy.
