Axel Dockhorn is the administrative head of the Dean's Office at the Faculty of Law of the Private University in the Principality of Liechtenstein (UFL), Triesen, as well as a research associate at the Institute for Liechtenstein Law and Legal Theory.

Vita
Axel Dockhorn studied political science and socioeconomics at the University of Duisburg-Essen and is pursuing a doctorate on the topic of “Business Ethics and ESG Investments” at the Institute for Socioeconomics in Duisburg. During his studies, he developed the module series “Introduction to the R Programming Language” for the Institute for Socioeconomics as a tutor and supported the module “Theory of Science and Introduction to the Methods of Socioeconomics.” As a long-time assistant at the Institute for Development and Peace, he gained extensive experience in the field of international relations and contributed to several international publications such as the Peace Report and the Compass of Welthungerhilfe/Terre des Hommes. In his research, he works in an interdisciplinary manner with the legal sciences on topics such as fiduciary duty and the effectiveness of sustainable investments. Since 2023, he has strengthened the team of the Faculty of Law as the administrative head of the Dean's Office.
