Dr. iur. Silvia Hess is a solicitor in Frankfurt am Main, a graduate of the doctoral programme in law and a member of the University Council at the Private University in the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Silvia Hess studied law in Frankfurt am Main, after graduating as a businesswoman in wholesale and foreign trade. She then completed her doctoral studies in law and obtained her doctorate on the topic of ‘Liability and athlete protection in high-risk sports, especially diving’. Since 2008, she has been working as an international lawyer, specialising in international and European commercial law, mediation, commercial and corporate law, real estate law, sports law and medical law. In 2016, she was appointed Alumni Ambassador of the Private University of the Principality of Liechtenstein. From 2019 to 2021, she was Vice-President of the UFL Alumni Association. Since 2021, she has been a member of the University Council of the Private University of the Principality of Liechtenstein.
