Head of Administration at the Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences (1998–2000). Head of Quality Management and Construction Manager at the Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences (since 2000).

Key areas of focus are the accreditation and evaluation of degree programs, audits, the design and implementation of graduate and career tracking studies, and the development of innovative space-use concepts for modern teaching, learning, and work environments.
