Dr. Dr. Baxmann is a board-certifd orthodontit and cognitve scientit based in Germany. He studied Orthodontics aswell as Organizational ad Behavioral Psychology in London. He holds a Doctorate in Dentitry with a focus on OrthodonticBiomechanics and a Doctorate in Medical Science with a focus on Psychology in Educatio. In additon to clinical orthodontics he has a partcular interest in decision-making, artfcial intelligence, and education He is the founder and managing director of the Orthodentix Practic Group, MyOrthoLab®, PlusSmile® Aligners, and MyOrthoBooks Publishing. He is also the inventor of the LeanOrthodontics®concept (including multple registered trademarks) and of LeanOrthoAI®.  Dr. Dr. Baxmann’s daily work encompasses clinical orthodonticswithin his practce group, including its management, as well as lecturing at universites and providing business coaching for dentits, orthodontits, and dental startups.
