Tim Goswin has been a Research Associate and Assistant to the Dean at the Faculty of Medical Sciences since March 2026. He joined the UFL through the doctoral programme at the UFL.
Professional background (short bio):
Tim Goswin is a qualified healthcare professional with several years of experience in psychiatry and the management of residential care facilities, most recently managing director of a software company. He completed studies in Healthcare Management and obtained the “Diakonikum” qualification. He subsequently earned a Master of Health Administration from the University of Bielefeld. His profile is complemented by various teaching positions in healthcare. Since 2025, he has been a doctoral candidate in the “Dr. scient. Med.” programme at UFL.
Research and/or teaching interests:
Research focus: Communication barriers and equity of care at the end of life for particularly vulnerable populations.
Teaching: Controlling, Marketing, Organisational Development, Human Resource Management, Strategy Development, Portfolio Analysis, Strategic Management, AI Applications and Competence Assessment.
Additional information:
Doctoral candidate in the „Dr. scient. Med.“ programme at UFL. Participation in the Erasmus+ BIP at KUL in Poland in April 2026.
