As part of the international seminar “One Health and Law”, organised and conducted in Lublin from 27 April to 1 May 2026 under the direction of Prof. Dr. Claudia Seitz, Institute for European and International Law (IEIL) of the Private University in the Principality of Liechtenstein, together with Dr. Katarzyna Miaskowska-Daszkiewicz of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin (KUL), four mobility exchanges for the UFL were made possible through Erasmus+.

International Seminar «One Health and Law» of the UFL and KUL in Lublin

A review of our current overview of research activities from 2000 to 2025 demonstrates that scientific work at the UFL is developing dynamically and sustainably. The number of publications has increased steadily, as has the proportion of open-access outputs. As a result, UFL research findings are becoming increasingly accessible and contribute to an open and transparent research culture. The analysis is based on a systematic evaluation using Dimensions Analytics.

How Visible and Impactful is Research at UFL?

The Institute of Laboratory Medicine (ILM) at the Private University in the Principality of Liechtenstein (UFL) has been awarded substantial third-party funding by the Fürst Franz Josef von Liechtenstein Stiftung (FFJ) to support a current research project on foehn sensitivity. The Foundation Board recognises the project as being of particular scientific relevance, as the foehn represents a characteristic natural phenomenon in Liechtenstein and is frequently associated with adverse health effects.
